I have a passion for helping and empowering people to live their best lives. Cynthia graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Touro University. Cynthia’s approach is client centered and she works collaboratively with the client to reach the desired goals. Cynthia uses an eclectic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, psychodynamic and solution focused therapy. What should a new client know about working with you? I’m very passionate about helping people. I was born in Paraguay and moved to the US at the age of 13, and speak Spanish and English fluently. I use my life experience to help clients achieve their desired goals in an empathic and non-judgmental way.
